Sky-Watcher Equinox-80 PRO 80mm (3.1") f/500 Fluorite ED Apochromatic Refractor Optical Tube Assembly. The Sky-Watcher Equinox ED DS-PRO series is the name for the new generation of professional quality telescopes and mounts of the Sky-Watcher range, targeted at the most discerning and critical observers.The Sky-Watcher Equinox Series contain the same first class optics as used in the Evostar DS-PRO refractors, but housed in CNC machined hard-anodised tube assemblies. They feature rotatable, tension-adjustable dual-speed focusers and retractable dew-shields. Each telescope is manufactured to extremely high levels of optical and mechanical precision, undergoing very strict quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance are consistently maintained. They are exceptional high-performance instruments for visual use as well as astrophotography and CCD imaging. Please note, this is an Optical Tube Assembly only, mount and tripod are available separately.
