All ETX models include an internal optical-flat mirror to reflect light to the telescope's 90° astronomical observing position; in this position the telescope's image is upright, but reversed. For terrestrial observing with any model of ETX Astro Telescope the #932 Prism results in a fully correctly oriented image and a convenient 45° observing angle. Note that the #932 Prism is included as standard equipment with ETX Spotting Scopes.
